When you complete an iDance membership form we create a digital image of the form and record the details given in an Excel spreadsheet. This information is stored on a local device and not shared with any third party. We record your:- 1. First Name and Surname 2. Email Address 3. Mobile Telephone Number 4. Postcode 5. Date Of Birth 6. Gender 7. How you came to hear of iDance For details you submit via this website we record your name and your email address. We will use this information to contact you for one of two reasons:- 1. Occasionally we may need to contact you in order to advise you that one of our venues or events is closed or cancelled for any reason, or if there is a change of location for an event. 2. We may send you ‘newsletter’ emails to keep you informed of news and events we are running, and of any special offers or promotions from iDance. You may withdraw consent for this contact at any time by replying ‘STOP’ to any email you have received from us. If you wish to have your details removed from our database, simply email us requesting this and will we make sure this is done within 14 days.
